    • This fundraiser was a great success- over $17,000 was raised

      • On track with all budgets
  • TSSA, LAND Trust Plan, and School Climate/Positive Behavior Plan- Corrie Barrett
    • Students are meeting Math goals and reaching typical growth
    • All grades Math proficiency went up in Math testing
    • Walk to Math has been a very helpful and successful program
    • Moving forward we want to target growth and proficiency in Math
    • $16,000 TSSA will go towards 2 Math Interventionists to run the Walk to Math program
    • Continue ST Math program ($4,000 license- STEAM Funds)
    • Hire one Math Olympiad coach for 4th and 5th Grades ($2,500 STEAM Funds)
    • There was discussion of looking into a potential ST Math Replacement
    • Corrie motioned to approve Math Action Plan
      • Megan Olson seconded the motion

    • School climate goal that by the end of the 24-25 school year, 85% of teachers will reach 4: 1 ratio of positive to corrective feedback, give daily average of 50 PBIS points each month, and have 65% of students with 95% attendance.
    • School Climate Action Plan
      • Pay .5 FTE for full time social worker ($45,000 TSSA)
      • Hire attendance aide-track attendance, provide incentives ($10,000 TSSA)
      • Positive behavior specialist (district funded + 3 hrs from cell tower)
      • Monthly prize drawing for students with 1 or fewer absences ($1,000 Cell Tower)
      • Provide incentives for attendance milestones-100% attendance
      • Site License for PBIS Rewards ($1,400 State Prevention Funds)
      • Teachers will hold class meetings including surveys quarter 1 and 3
